Inside Out Wellness will take you through a sequence of steps designed to take you from confusion and suffering to clarity and freedom. Here’s how it works: 

  1. Healing with Diet: You’ll learn how to determine the best dietary approach for you based on your health history and symptoms. 
  2. Fine Tuning with Lifestyle and Supplements: You’ll assess what supplementary protocols can take you to the next level for better health.  
  3. Finding Freedom and Moving Forward: You’ll find the least restrictive diet and fewest supplements possible to maintain optimal health and wellness!  

We work together for 3 months, using the following tools and strategies: 

  • Bi-weekly workshops designed to help you understand the underlying mechanisms of nutritional therapies 
  • Bi-weekly implementation sessions to keep you on track and trouble shoot any issues that arise 
  • Worksheets, handouts and journaling throughout the program to reinforce concepts 
  • Monthly 1:1 sessions with Marie to fine-tune your plan and progress 
  • Q & A and Support Sessions to keep you motivated
